1 General Provisions

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. qk333 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same method as the deposit. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before requesting a withdrawal. qk333 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if identity verification has not been completed. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Players are personally responsible for any applicable taxes or duties under relevant laws.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit at qk333, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
• Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.
• qk333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the related winnings may be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

The outcome of every game on qk333 is determined impartially. All games are conducted in a fair and honest manner, and no cheating or manipulation is tolerated. If an abnormal win occurs due to a software bug or technical error, qk333 reserves the right to void it.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device shutting down, the last state saved on the server will be considered final. qk333 is not liable in such situations.

6.3 Game Providers

7 Prohibited Activities

11 Account Suspension & Closure

qk333 may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Serious violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Provision of a false identity or inaccurate information.
• A long period of account inactivity (prior notice will be given).
• In following responsible gaming policy upon a self-exclusion request.

If there is a valid withdrawable balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned through the designated method — except in cases of fraud or violation of these Terms.
